The objections, handled.
Is this against Trustpilot's rules?
No. We only dispute reviews that already violate Trustpilot's own guidelines ... fake accounts, reviews with no verifiable transaction, reviews that breach content policy, and so on. We don't manufacture reviews, buy reviews, or pressure customers into leaving positive ones. Everything we do is inside Trustpilot's official process.
What if you can't get any reviews removed?
Then you don't pay for removals. That's the whole point of the pilot ... billing is tied to confirmed outcomes, not effort. In practice, most Trustpilot profiles carry at least some reviews that don't meet the platform's own standards, but we don't promise a number before we've actually looked.
Why do you focus on prop firms?
Because prop firms get hit with a specific kind of review that's brutal for trust: a trader loses a challenge or has a payout dispute, and posts a review calling the firm a scam ... even when the firm followed its own rules. That review sits at the top of the profile next to Trustpilot's AI summary and shapes how every future prospect reads you. We've built the process specifically around that pattern. We also work with other firms outside prop trading, but this is where we go deepest.
Do you write fake positive reviews?
No. The funnel invites real customers ... after a real payout, a real funded account, a real delivery ... to leave their own honest review. We never write reviews on a customer's behalf, and we never make an incentive conditional on the review being positive.
How fast will my score move?
Depends on your starting point and review volume. Small profiles with a handful of bad reviews can move in weeks. Larger, high-volume profiles take longer, because there's more to clean up and new disputes keep coming in. We'll give you a realistic estimate after the audit, not a marketing number.
What do you need from us to start?
Trustpilot Business profile access, at minimum. See the full requirements page for the details, depending on which services you want.
What happens after the pilot?
Most clients move to an ongoing plan covering monitoring, reply management, and continued dispute filing ... because new negative reviews don't stop coming, and neither does the work of managing them.
